Everyone has the ability to direct their life energy because you are made up of pure energy. Another aspect of your energy is your frequency. Your frequency is higher when you are joyful and well. You've probably noticed that your energy, or frequency, changes depending on the energy of the people you are with. Here are some easy ways you can enjoy the benefits of energy healing.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing practice. It places emphasis on exposure to sunlight and being barefoot on the earth. This is also known as earthing and it allows you to connect and exchange electrons with the earth. This is one of the reasons walking barefoot on a sandy beach can feel so good. The Qi Gong practice involves moving slowly and intentionally while keeping a calm and quiet mind. Over time, you're resting heart rate may lower and you may feel generally calmer and more peaceful. You can easily find classes both on-line and in person.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that dates back thousands of years. While it was originally a martial art technique that was used in combat situations, it is now used more commonly as a form of meditation and gentle exercise. It is especially useful for people with limited mobility or seniors. With a continued Tai Chi practice, you make experience less stress and improved mood. Your flexibility and ability to move will also increase. There are 108 total movements that are designed to get your energy, or Qi flowing, through your body. Some instructors may combine Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements in a class. And again, you can easily find classes both on-line and in person.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing therapy that is designed to balance and move energy through the body. The practitioner places their hands just above your body and uses their energy and special movements to help restore a balance of energy. There are also Reiki philosophical principles that you can practice to bring more peace and balance to your life. Some example are "Just for today, I release angry thoughts" and "Just for today, I release thoughts of worry." Reiki treatments can help restore a sense of well being and may help with pain management. They can be done in person and remotely.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing was developed in Australia 40,000 years ago and has been practiced all over the globe. Today, it can use any number of instruments, like crystal bowls, tuning forks, and the human voice. The frequencies can help harmonize cells, organs, and biological systems. You can do this by yourself or take a session with a practitioner. You typically lie down and relax while listening to the sound. A practitioner will apply sound over various points in your body, including the chakras, or energy centers.
Magnet Therapy
The effects of energy forces and magnetism have been studied by many cultures dating back as early as the Roman and Greek Empires. Magnet therapy is based on the idea that the human body has its own magnetic field and that you are living in a magnetic field. You can place therapeutic magnets on your body that are close to meridian points. This will allow energy to flow and balance to be restored to your body. You can also wear magnet jewelry, use magnet insoles and put a magnet in your mattress. The use of magnets can be helpful for managing pain and wound healing.
