Eating foods rich in antioxidants helps your body, and skin, fight the damage caused by exposure to harmful substances. Here are some great antioxidant rich foods for healthy skin.
Berries
All dark berries are rich in antioxidants and are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, are all great for you. And it's easy to add them to your diet. You can eat they by themselves, add them to a smoothie, or add them as a topping to a salad or other healthy meal.
Beans
